Went in for a routine oil service prior to trip the following day. Was able to get an early morning appointment, which allowed me to wait for my car and be on my way right away. While there, I asked about an issue with my rear windows. The Subaru mechanic (Chuck) provided a service bulletin number and suggested I approach Subaru directly to request the repair under a special customer program. My request is pending, but I appreciated Chuck's taking the time to explain that the problem is common with certain years' Subarus and the rear window motors and regulators have been redesigned. It seems that Chuck always goes the extra mile whenever I'm in for service.

I took my wife's vehicle in to get the check engine light diagnosed and have the safety inspection done. The codes indicated a couple of possible problems with one maybe causing the other. They were able to diagnose both and made the choice to make the lower cost repair first to save me money if it fixed both codes. It did and it saved me a ton! Being that it was my wife's car they also noticed a wheel bearing was going out and becoming a safety issue. An expensive repair but a necessary one for my wife's benefit. A couple of other future repairs were identified that were not necessary at the time but were discussed and prioritized. Trust Foreign Accents with your vehicle and you won't be sorry.

James and Chris were terrific at guiding us through our purchase our our Audi A6. The car was exceptionally well prepared for delivery and we anticipate many great years with it. The Foreign Accents advantage is that everything is self-contained--they've been servicing my Mercedes for years and always do an excellent job and I know that the same will be true of our A6. James and Chris work hard at finding the right fit for each buyer's situation. The dealership/servicing combination provides the feeling that you are in a partnership with the organization. Chuck is a genius. Foreign Accents is the best automotive shop, bar none, I've encountered anywhere. No one knows more about Subarus than Chuck, and no one gives better and more professional guidance than Jennifer. I am so grateful to all of you for giving stellar advice (Chuck), in this case convincing my insurance company not to consider my car a total loss (Jennifer), finding the perfect parts--exact model, year, etc to repair the car flawlessly (Scott) and making the car, post-crunch, better than before (Chuck), in less than a day. I would argue that you indeed do body work, more expertly, more professionally and creatively (less expensively) than 'body shops' who advertise as such. I cannot say enough about Foreign Accents. I recommend you to everyone I know. Eleven stars.

While they were unable to isolate the problem due to its failure to recur, Foreign Accents did not attempt to sell us unnecessary parts and repairs and when our problem does recur we shall take it back there. They only charged us for an hour of diagnostic time, when it took much more time and will not charge the first hour when we bring it back. I could not ask for more.

What a great experience! I have an older Mercedes with some odd repair needs, Foreign Accents diagnosed it quickly, ordered and received the parts in and within just a few days, I was set. I will certainly be a longterm customer. I am relieved to work with such great people. I was very impressed by Jennifer, who managed the entire process and kept the communication going smoothly.

Foreign Accent is the BEST, I was not able to take my car in for Inspection..I let my neighbor take the car in and as usual Foreign Accent was very courteous to them. My neighbor's were very pleased with the service. This is why I will always recommend foreign Accent and will let them service my carat all times. Cheapest visit in a long time. All needed was an oil change and an inspection They gave our car a complete inspection and changed fluids for around one hundred dollars. We were allowed to use both our car club discount and our $15 neighbors discount. That was a great oil change.
