Located in Moses Cone Hospital, our care team set goals and create a customized care plan for each patient needing inpatient rehabilitation. Patients wil develop skills and strategies for daily living, and improvetheir ability to participate in community and leisure activities. Care plans may incorporate physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation therapy, neuropsychology and/or psychology services or recreation therapy.
